  • Blender
  • Spatula

 

INGREDIENTS FOR A TÊTE À TÊTE

 

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 3 TBSP organic, raw cacao powder (processed at low temperature)
  • 1/8 C Agave nectar (adjust to your taste if needed)
  • Pinch of cayenne 
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tsp of Maca powder (optional but lovely and energizing)

 

INSTRUCTIONS

 

  • Blend all the ingredients until very smooth
  • Taste and add what you need more of
  • Take 2 tablespoons, make a “quenelle” and place it on a nice plate
  • Sprinkle a little bit of cacao powder on top

 

TIPS

 

  • This choccado mousse stays well for over a week in a container in the fridge
  • Easy to take to work as a snack
  • Lovely with a quick berry or mango coulis
  • Always make more and share… They will all love it!
